the sudden popularity of everyone getting “engaged.”

Half of you guys aren’t even 18 years old……do you really even know how big of a commitment that is?  It’s so ignorant and makes an “engagement” seem less special.  You don’t just ask a girl you’ve been dating for a few months to marry you.  Especially when you don’t even have a job, and all you do is sit around and smoke weed all day long.  And, as a girl, you should have confidence and common sense to be able to say no, understand that neither of you are ready for it, and realize that all your boyfriend does is slack off and treat you wrong. Most of you guys break up the next month anyways……

Take into consideration the commitment, money, and time that goes into marriage.  I hate how becoming engaged has just become a fucking trend.
